Ali was there for our son during the Covid lockdown when we felt the school support wasn't. Ali's approach to distance learning on line ensured Cruz's level of education was retained when he went back to school. We were that impressed with Ali that when our son asked could he continue “seeing” Ali we of course happily agreed. Ali is professional, friendly and most importantly fantastic at her job and what speaks volumes was when Cruz went into high school and the weekly sessions ended, he was genuinely upset he couldn't continue with Ali. We can't thank her enough for being there for Cruz during lockdown and after.
